Elijah Britton

I've been around fitness and athletics for most of my life, starting as a student-athlete at Clemson University. Sports taught me discipline, consistency, and what intentional training does for performance and confidence.

I went on to compete as a professional athlete and work as an athletic model, which shaped how I think about performance, physique, and keeping a strong mindset. I've now spent 7+ years as a personal trainer, helping people get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies.

My training is challenging, purposeful, and built for the person in front of me. I focus on strength training, functional movement, mobility, conditioning, and proper technique. I'll tell you which exercises to do, and I'll explain how and why you're doing them. Whether you want to get stronger, improve your physique, perform better in your sport, or feel better day to day, I meet you where you are and build from there. My coaching style is energetic, encouraging, and focused on technique, and I keep training fun.

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR certified, and working toward my master's degree in Sports Medicine.

Outside the gym, I love traveling, cooking, reading, gaming, anime, and time with friends and family. I'm always hunting for new places to visit and new foods to try, and I like staying involved in creative projects across the entertainment and athletic worlds.

Fun fact: I'll turn a random trip to the grocery store into a full meal-planning adventure. I also get extremely competitive over any game: board games, video games, or a friendly challenge in the gym.
