I spent over two decades in tech, building Xperts Unlimited from the ground up into one of Southern California's most trusted cybersecurity and managed IT providers.

Growing up in Venice California, I have always had an interest in fitness (and the business owners behind it), including receiving my black belt in Karate.

In 2019 I stumbled upon a Facebook Ad for small-group personal training performed 2 miles away from my home out of a garage gym.

With my background in Martial Arts and experience with a slew of different fitness modalities (group fitness, personal training, yoga, etc.) the concept of “semi-private personal training” was completely unique to me.

I was instantly hooked. It seemed like no time had past before this personal trainer was training my wife (and fellow Managing Partner, Maria Galli) and our three kids.

When Evan and Brittany informed me that they were planning on expanding their garage gym operation outside of their home I jumped at the opportunity to become a partner in this business.

In less than four years we have opened two locations in West Los Angeles and utilized my background in IT to create systems unique to what Sessions Personal Training has to offer.
