Billing, stated plainly

Memberships bill every 28 days - that's 13 cycles a year, not 12. Most gyms bill this way and hope you won't do the math. We'd rather you do the math. It's that kind of page.

Competitor figures are typical published ranges for the LA market as of mid-2026; theirs vary by location and promotion - which is rather the point. If you find better coaching math, take it. We mean that.

When you want the room to yourself.

Semi-private is how most of our members train - six people, one coach, your own program. But sometimes the moment calls for a coach's full, undivided attention. That's what private training is for.

Coming back from injury

Rehab windows need hands-on eyes on every rep. One coach, one focus, until you're cleared to rejoin the room.

A date on the calendar

A wedding, a competition, a sport, a shoot - when there's a deadline, private sessions compress the timeline.

Why publish pricing when no other gym in LA does?+

Because the pitch-then-price ritual is exactly why people don't trust gyms. We'd rather you arrive already knowing the math, so the first conversation can be about your training - not your wallet. If the price sends you elsewhere, that page saved us both an hour.

Is there a contract?+

Memberships run in 28-day cycles and continue until you tell us to stop - one written notice, 28 days ahead. No 12-month lock-in, no "termination fee."

What's the catch with the free session?+

There isn't one. It's a conversation and a 3D scan - not a workout, not a pitch. No credit card required. Worst case, you leave with good data about your own body.

I've never really lifted. Is this going to be over my head?+

There's a level before "beginner" - we teach it every day. You don't need to know anything walking in. That's your coach's job, and nobody's watching you except the person paid to.

Why not just take classes? They're cheaper.+

They are - because you're splitting one instructor thirty ways and everyone does the same workout. Classes are motivation. This is coaching: your program, your pace, every rep watched. This isn't group fitness. That's the point.

Can I pause my membership?+

Yes - up to 90 days a year, free. Your program and scan history stay in the system, and you restart from where you actually are, not from zero.

Do both studios cost the same?+

Yes. Santa Monica and Mar Vista run identical pricing. Pick by drive time, not by rate card.

The fine print, in plain English

Billing

Every 28 days (13 cycles a year). No initiation fee, no annual "equipment fee," no surprise line items. The number on the card is the number.

Freezing

Up to 90 days a year, free. Work trip, injury, newborn, life - pause it, come back, your program's still in the system.

Cancelling

One written notice, 28 days ahead. That's the whole procedure. No retention specialist, no exit interview, no billing you until November.

Late cancel / no-show

$30 inside the 8-hour window - because your coach planned your session and a spot in a room of six is real estate. Cancel earlier: free.
