Small-group training puts six people on one workout. We give each of the six their own.
Plenty of Westside studios cap sessions at six or eight people and call it semi-private. Ask one question before you sign up anywhere: whose workout is everyone doing?

What you get at each.
| Small-group class | Sessions Personal Training | |
|---|---|---|
| The workout | One workout the room runs together | A program written for each person |
| A bad knee | A modification on the fly | Your plan is built around it |
| Your coach | Five other people to watch | Two coaches, six people per coach |
| Next session | Whatever's on the board | Built from your last session |
| Price | Lower | Between a group class and a private trainer |
Smaller crowd is only half of it.
In most small-group sessions, the coach writes one workout and the room runs it together. Smaller crowd, same class.
At Sessions Personal Training, every person in the room has their own program. Yours comes out of your first visit, where we ask why you're here and build a plan around you. Your coach logs every set and builds the next session from the last one.
Price sits between the two. More than a group class. Far less than a private trainer three days a week. Our studios are in Mar Vista and Santa Monica.
Your own plan, in a room of six.
Your first visit is a free Baseline Session. You leave with a plan whether you join or not.
