Boutique studio vs big gym club

Walk in knowing exactly what to do today.

A premium club gives you a lot. Towels, a steam room, a hundred machines, a café. You still walk in and decide what to do. Plenty of people pay for all of it and go twice a month.

Someone who knows what you did last Tuesday.

That's what most members of big clubs are missing. At a club, coaching is an add-on you book separately, and the program lives in your head or an app.

Our studios in Mar Vista and Santa Monica are small on purpose. No crowd at the racks, no waiting for a bench, no one filming for Instagram. Every session has two coaches on the floor, six people per coach, and a program written for each person. Once a month you sit down with your coach, get a new 3D body scan, and the plan moves with your numbers.

If you want a building with every amenity, join the club. If you want to know exactly what to do when you walk in, and someone who notices when you stop coming, start with a free Baseline Session.

Start with a plan. Keep it either way.

Your first visit is a free Baseline Session. You leave with a plan whether you join or not.
